Request and Favor
Grayson saw the door close behind the last of the eight who booked the club’s largest private room every three weeks. The size wasn’t its only feature.
It had a glass floor; the kind used in observation decks, but instead of incredible views hundreds of feet below, the people on the dancefloor could look up and see everyone in the room fuck.
He’d seen it several times and likened it to a live art form. Bodies entangled and connected, pleasuring each other. He didn’t mind being a voyeur, though it’s more their friend Weston’s kind of proclivity.
A throat cleared behind him. Grayson turned to find two of the club’s regulars. Jasper introduced Kit and Ash over a year ago, quickly becoming inseparable. Around Club Decadent, everyone called them Captain and pet.
“Good evening, Master M.” The Captain’s voice was smooth and hypnotic. They have this way of settling everyone in their presence.
“Evening, Captain.”
“Say hello, pet.”
Their eyes remained downcast when they answered. “Hello, Master M.”
“What can I do for you?” Curious about what the couple needed.
“I would like to request your assistance to moderate for us.”
The request wasn’t unusual.
Kit put their hand on Ash’s shoulder. “Sit.” Like a well-trained pet, they dropped to their knees and put their hands behind their back to wait for the next command.
“I see those obedience lessons are paying off.”
“Indeed,” replied the Captain. A hint of a smile graced their lips, not immune to Gray’s teasing.
“What do you need me to moderate? Something new you wanted to try?”
The Captain stepped in front of their sub and said, “My pet is a pain slut, and they have requested a whipping. I have never reached their limit with pain, and I don’t want to cause any permanent damage. I’d appreciate your presence while I attempt to break them, but I’ll request you leave when I put them back together.”
“I see.” Grayson crossed his arms, leaning against the wall behind him to contemplate the request. It also allowed him to take his weight off his left leg and ease the twinge an old injury still caused. Most days, he didn’t even notice. This wasn’t one of those days.
“How’s next Friday? I’m not scheduled to work and can come in early.” Some time went by since he played, and maybe when they no longer needed him, he’d find a partner for the night and have his own session.
“Does seven-thirty work? We can review our expectations, rules, and boundaries to ensure we are on the same page.”
“Works for me.” Jasper approached from the direction of the offices, like Gray’s earlier thoughts conjured him, and he knew the big boss man needed something, and it involved him.
“Thank you, Master M. We will see you next Friday.” They turned to gather their pet and leave when Jasper stopped in front of them.
“Mr. Jones, good evening.”
“Captain, how are you?”
“Wonderful, thank you.” Kit put their hand on the top of Ash’s head. “I know you are dying to say hello, pet. You may.” Ash leaned forward and rubbed their head affectionately against Jasper’s leg.
His deep chuckle resonated when he reached down and ruffled their hair. “It’s good to see you too.” Jasper leaned a little closer to them yet kept a respectful distance. “I’m happy you’re happy.” He straightened, meeting Kit’s gaze. “Both of you.”
Kit nodded and put their hand back on their sub’s shoulder. “Stand, pet. It’s time for us to go. Goodnight, gentlemen. Thank you. Come, pet.” The Captain went ahead while Ash followed on their heels.
Jasper slid his hands into his pockets. “What’s happening next Friday?”
Gray kept his eyes on the pair until they disappeared down the stairs. Then he met Jasper’s curious gaze. “They asked me to monitor a scene, and I agreed. It’s my night off, and it’s been a while since I’ve played with anyone. Figured I’d look for someone to scene with after I’d finished with them.”
Jasper glanced at where they’d disappeared.
“Why are you asking?” Not in the mood to wait until Jasper was ready to spit it out.
“I have a favor to ask.”
“Do you?”
“Don’t be that way,” Jasper grumbled, trying to big brother Grayson, because he’s five years older than him. “I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important.”
Gray perked up. Maybe this is a bigger deal than he realized. “What do you need?”
“My sister is having an event next Friday where my presence is required. I’ll face her wrath if I dare miss it. So, I need you to give a new member a tour. Her name is Addison Carter. She’s new to the lifestyle and will have many questions.”
“Can’t Kari take care of it?” The chance he’d get to play was slipping away.
“She’s a friend of a friend, and it’d mean a lot to me if you’d do it.”
A tiny thread of suspicion tickled the back of Gray’s mind. He wouldn’t….
Would he?
Jasper gave Gray his best pleading look.
“Fine. I’ll add it to my calendar. But I won’t be able to meet Addison until ten at least.”
Jasper grinned and slapped his shoulder. “Thanks, man. I’ll tell her ten-thirty to be safe. I better go check in with the bar staff and do my rounds. Talk later?”
“Yeah, man. Remember, you owe me,” he called after Jasper’s retreating form. Did he just wink? Gray’s suspicion grew.
The matchmaking bastard.
